Why do you think so? PPP requires postie (that means bloggers) to have a Disclosure policy stated clearly on their blog. When we are transparent in disclosure, our credibility will not be questioned.

really just want my to make sure...do we really need to make a disclosure i dont want to put any disclosure on my blog... please give advise

you either have to make a site wide disclosure or the paid post has to have a disclosure. You should do this for honesty purposes. If you do a post disclosure you can get creative for any post that doesn't have a disclosure badge.
