You'll need to buy it ofcourse. Best way is to go to: www. steampowered.com download, install steam and create a free account. Then you can buy it in an online shop and it will be downloaden onto your pc.

In console : Type "cl_gg 1" and restart. Then you type "record a". If you want to stop record, type "stop". If you want to play videorecord, type "gg a". Sorry I can't speak english well.
