why you dont tried barbeque yet its very easy just marinade any meat you want to grilled w/ simple salt, lemon, and any spice you like after that make a charcoal fire and spread some little oil in the meat.

For me, it's the fried chicken; although, I can deal with the barbeque. But I don't mind a nice piece of fried chicken.

Oh now that's a tough one, I love em both. Can I take the meat from barbecued chicken (I love the smokiness of it) and the skin from the fried chicken? No? Ok, I'll go with fried. Although I love them both so much. I love the crispy crunchiness of fried chicken skin... if your barbecued chicken skin is crispy and crunchy... you've burned it. LOL

Definetily fried chicken, people said it's junk food but I just don't f***in care. It's like a guilty pleasure to me. To celebrate my birthday, I usuallu came to the most famous fried chicken restaurant in my area, and eat it like crazy, coz that's was my birthday, and I usually accompanied by my best friend who also loves fried chicken, and we will be like all day in that place, eating as much as chicken that I want. Me and my best friend made that as a ritual for celebrating my birthday or her birthday.

Hehehe... Honestly, I would choose fried chicken. It is my favourite comfort food! I realize that barbecue chicken is far far far healthier in terms of oil and cholesterol and everything but that does not make it taste any better to my tastebuds. Bad tastebuds! LoL!
