I agree with you, although Milan are 10 points adrift of neighbours Inter Milan, have yet to win in the league this season, they will certainly be in their best to beat Roma. Furthermore after managing to beat Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League by 4-1, their morale is high. With Roma set to lose their influential captain, Francesco Totti due to injury, there is no better time for Milan to take advantage and get their Serie A campaign back on track. The fans at San Siro will definitely back the team with full support
