Eliminate Insomnia and sleep well

We all know that a good night's sleep is the powerful supplement that is more effective.Loss of sleep affects daytime activities.But how many of us are able to sleep well.There are so many trying everything for a good night's sleep.Can you give some tips for sound sleeping habits? My tip is,Each one of us has has some injustice done to us,which we painfully run over and over again in our minds affecting our sleep.Learn to let go of grudges,forgive whoever has wronged you.you will surely sleep well.

hello there to U...sleeping well makes our body work out well...so inorder for us to have a well-sleep routine, all we need to do is pray first before going to bed...we should free and relax our minds from all the worries and problems that making our sleep not so well...it's also advisable to drink milk before going to bed...i think reading the BIBLE or some books before going to bed might also help us in making our sleep goes well during night time...it's not also good to watch t.v. or being in light raises before going to bed, so it's good if after watching t.v., we should relax our eyes 30 minutes first before going to bed...i hope in some way, these tips of mine have help those people who are having difficulties in sleeping well...it's nice to have topics like this...have a blessed day ahead of you and may GOD BLESS U & UR family always!!!

very well said biggerb . My partner used to have problems sleeping as well . now it's not like that anymore.
I bought books and researched on how to combat insomnia and these are a few things i can tell u :
1 )Moderate exercises lasting 20 to 30 minutes three or four times a week . this include brisk walking and Yoga if u can. but plz refrain from heavy exercise like lifting weights or tae bo as it can increase your alertness.
2 )no caffiene please ( at least not after 6 pm)
3 )Also avoid taking heavy dinner
4 )Sleeping in the afternoons may have been proved to enhance mental efficiency,but is not recommended for insomniacs.
5 ) Having a warm water bath and even having hot milk before bedtime are some time-tested sleep enticers. try it
6 )Try to create a sleep-zone in your bedroom.Dim lighting accompanied with some soothing music are the most preferred environments.
7 ) Imagination is a nice tonic to sleep.With imagery and self hypnosis or meditation which are easily available. It's harmless, i have tried it. You will improve surely .
8 ) Last but not the least, remember to pray before going to bed. Automatically you will be in state of relaxed mind and forget your worries that night no matter what kind of injustice only HE can see us through .

If you're desperate, do a lot of work to the point of exhaustion. It doesn't have to be your job. Even household chores will do. Your body would definitely want to sleep afterwards.
