Like there are some people who shine because of their outfit but if you take a better look under that hides some kind of monster :P and some people dressed pretty modest and not that attractive even tho under that look is a neat person. Are clothes an important an important thing ?

No, i don't think clothes make everything in a person. Although those who know fashion will be physically enhanced through the dress they wear, you have to wait until they open their mouth to speak to know if their personality matches that of what they're wearing. Clothing makes only the facade of a person but not everything.

Yes I know I have noticed lots of people that dressed like the superb in fashion but they don’t have this thing called manners. But there are some people I know that can’t even buy at least one shirt in a month but has a good breeding. Like looks, clothes can deceive you as well.

I don't think clothes make everything but I think that clothes do and should show who you are on the inside. I think that sometimes people also take the clothes that people wear somewhere way too far. I mean, both ways. People think too little or too highly of someone just because they wear certain clothes. And people wear certain clothes so people take them a certain way.
They all have their perks and faults but I basically think people should dress how they feel comfortable and presentable.
