hi...even i had joined just a week back...this site is really cool...i am hooked to it....u need to respond to discussions....make ur responses atleast 4 to 5 lines...only then ll u get a good average for each post.....ur earnings get updated every 24hrs...after crossing 100 posts u ll get a star next to ur name....tats shows ur rating.....

You can also meet new friends here, learn and share ideas by posting. Posting is the first option you can use to eanr here, second is by uploading photos in your discussions as you can even upload them in the "interests" section to eanr and third is by referring people to sign under your name here. But if you're looking for big bucks, I suggest that you rather look for jobs in REAL life as this site only offers a small amount of payment to be used just in providing extra income while at home and to to enjoy QUALITY time while on the net..

If someone else has a discussion and you think it is against mylot rules don't asnwer it becase if they get deleted, you comment will get deleted to for joining in. Read the guide lines.
