hey there! it's almost impossible to describe the genre of new bands these days....it's a hybrid of something and something.....for example emo came from punk scene right..... no offense but for all i know emo punk came from a straigtht edge hardcore band named justice league....but that was not as emo as emo is described today..... emo punk before was labelled melodic punk today.....
