problem with your connection?

hi, did you ever had a problem with your internet connection? have you you experience that sometime when you trying to connect to your internet, there is a connection poppin up from your screen which is said you cant connect because you are connected to the connection of your next door? its just anoying sometimes when yoou cant connect because of the wireless router, im having a problem sometimes connecting to the internet sometimes because i think me and my next door has got the same broadband company and we got both wireless router...grrr it take ages sometimes to coneect, you have to turn off your pc first and turn it on again to make sure that you are coneected to your own connection...
