Are you a member of Yahoo Answers?

I am a member of yahoo answers and I never do anything with it. I've asked and answered but I get bored with it really fast. Plus no one answered my questions well because my questions were detailed and important and they just made up stuff I already knew was wrong. and I hated how they chose best answers for you, cause none were worthy.

I just signed up last week when one of my other friends posted her discussion on mylot. It's quite interesting what I have read so far. I haven't had the chance to post any or answer any yet because I forgot that I signed up LOL

Yahoo actually sends out gifts? I should consider participating there more often I suppose! I actually first heard of mylot on yahoo, they don't really like people posting their money maker sites on their page, probably because then people will focus less on their site on more on the"bling" sites, but I'm thankful that the person broke the rules so I could discover mylot!! Mylot has a similar concept as Yahoo, just with the money factor, I love ittt.

I am/was until i discovered here..I very very rarely go there now...It was good but I found people very rude to others, but i suppose you get that everywhere...I would like to answer questions..

I have been a member of Yahoo! Answers for a long time, ctry. That site is where my name, worldwise1, originated from. I am at level 4 or 5, and, yes, I still go there from time to time. I just received a message that one of my answers had been chosen as best answer last week, and I also won one of the canvas bags from there. I can't believe the synchronicity (sp) between us. I was also introduced to myLot by means of a referral from Answers, lol. I am actually a little ashamed that I have not been as faithful to them as I should be. I am going to try and rectify that soon though.

Nope, I am not a member of yahoo answers. But I seen it once. I found it nice. I browsed on topics and resposes. Most are good. But it doesn't pay like mylot.

No I’m not; I’m only a member of Yahoo 360 and Yahoo email. I’m wondering then what’s up with Yahoo Answers hehe.. I visited it and it’s cool. Well if it wasn’t for my project then I would never find mylot. I even forgot if I signed up under his name, if I did – well I’m sure he’s making money because of me too hehe…

I really like Yahoo Answers especially the fact that it is in other languages. However I am upset because I didn't realize that a question was prohibited that another user asked on their site about file sharing. I was one of the people who answered it and Yahoo Answered banned me from their system! I was at level 3 and I had been answering lots of questions. In fact I had 10% best answers and there were many people that liked my answer. I am upset at Yahoo because that was the first thing I ever did wrong on there and they didn't even give me a warning! (You can look at my ID for my discussion about this topic). I didn't even know they gave gifts and I am upset because I love their format just as much as myLot but they banned me over something very silly! Pablo

Yes I am a member and I got a canvas bag from them a few months back. Another friend on there told me she got a neat magnet from them. I usually answer questions, but when something is jogging or bothering me, I ask questions as well.

yes i am a member of yahoo answers in Yahoo Latinamerican, i use to visit and participate a lot but don´t any more. i don´t know that yahoo send gifts, i only know that the give a wallpaper when you pass level 2. My name in yahoo answers is Safari and i am in the level 7.

I'll tell you why, I joined myLot! I did the same thing, I was on "answers", and someone mentioned myLot, so I looked up the website for myLot, and got on the site as a visitor! Well, I just happened to see a picture of the most beautiful girl I had seen in a long time, and I was intrigued with her picture! So I visited some of the discussions, and found that this may be a place for me! But I put it off for 2 mos., and then I finally joined, and have really enjoyed it here! Plus I get to look at her picture pretty frequently, but she doesn't even know that I exist!! And I'm not going to tell anyone who she is, because if she finds out, she will probably slap me !!!!

Hello! I'm not a member of yahoo answers but I always visit the site and read the Q & A..*wehehe* I like it and it's a fun site. Sometimes it makes me laugh, some answers are just funny and some are way out of the topic. The site is good and you can learn a lot of things there. My brother's day is not complete without visiting and reading Yahoo Answers.. ciao! c",)

Yes, I am a member of Yahoo Answers but I haven't visited that site for months. I hated it there, some people are rude, and others would give you a thumbs down even if you didn't do anything wrong, just had a different opinion. I was chosen best answer only once though, but I was really happy. I didn't know they send out gifts.

Yes, I am also a member of Yahoo Answers. However, lately I'm enjoying my stay here in mylot and have less time to log in to my account in yahoo. I'm still on Level 1, nearing Level 2. So its real that they really sedn out gifts? I will try to be active on it again.

I did not know Yahoo answers sends out gifts. Thank you for telling me. I started out in Yahoo Answers and still go to it from time to time to see if I can help out someone with an answer. I also got some referrals to the programs I am involved in by asking people to check out my profile. Like in Mylot you cannot post links in your responses.

I too found mylot from an answer on Yahoos. I forget what level I was on...4 or 5. I generally answered questions concerning cheerleading and was a top contributor for some time, but I never got a bag or anything!I should really check in more often, but I get emails from middle and high school girls needing tips on cheer tryouts. It's great fun to help people, and have them get back to me to let me know how they did!

maybe yahoo aswers is a good site but mylot is better
