do you go on shopping spree when you're stressed?

One of my stress busters is to go on shopping. I don't know but going to the mall to shop gives me a high feeling especially when i feel so stressed. Problem is, when i get carried away i tend to go on impulse buying and end up buying not so needed things and regret doing so. Now i've come up a solution to this. Whenever i feel like busting my stress and go shopping i leave the credit card in the house and bring only a small amount of cash and be content to just window shop.
