Why do you need to live up to the West? Please, live up to yourself. Africa is a great continent and the countries therein are unique. Why spoil that beauty and culture? Be yourself. The World will love you for it.

yes africa can definately meet up to the western world but to me i think we should revisit our relationship with the west and begin to fashion out more african ways of development instead of adopting hookline and sinker those policies and framework for development from the western world. let begin to look inwards that my own idea without really sounding bias.
