africans backwardness

well to me, there are a lot of factors responsible for the situation.but for a desent railway system i think Africa countries are begining to make progress. we must not forget that most africa countries gained independence not too long ago and are still trying to grapple with the idea of civilization brought to them by the westerners. i know Africa will definately develop

I didn't know this. I think that it is really very inconvenient for people without a decent train system when people travel every day from places to places. The government is supposed to be responsible for building a good railway system, without which it is hard to get the local economy enhanced and developed.
