How is it possible to view sis.files on your pc .............?

Recently someone has sent me a file via bluetooth ,but i have nokia 6131 phone so i tried to view the file but i wasnt able to do that unfortunately ,now i think it is possible for me to view the file on my pc ,if i have compitable software for that ..... if anyone of you know ....please refer me any good software for that .......thanks

You can tell me the name of that software or you can send it to me through email attachment as well ....and i think that would be the best way ...........thanks farazkh1@hotmail.com

i dont think you can see sis files on computer its for mobile use
