The Sunday Newspaper

I subscribe to a newspaper from a nearby city so I can have a Sunday paper. I enjoy going through it section by section. I pull out all the ads and put them in one pile. Then I find the crossword puzzle and set it aside for when I am done with the paper. Then I start with all the news from the front of the paper and work my way through it, until I've read any and everything of interest. I will go through the ads and check those out, clip coupons, use what I can, and toss the rest. Then I get to read the comics and do the crossword puzzle. It may take me a few days to complete it, but I have until next Sunday before the answers come out. So, I have plenty of time. Do you get a Sunday paper? How do you go through it? Any preferred sections? Anything special about the way you read your paper? Anything that you feel that is special that you would like to share? Happy posting..

The Sunday paper is the only one I buy. I usually get on the internet throughtout the week for news. But the Sunday paper has a lot of uses. It has my TVGuide, my coupons for my next grocery shopping trip, and plenty of entertainment about what is going on locally, but then also internationally. When I'm done with it, I use it to clean my windows. It leaves less streaks than paper towels or cloths.

Great idea about using the newspaper for the windows I'd forgotten about. You have more uses for the newspaper than I do! But I still enjoy reading it. It helps me to catch up on what is happening around the world. Thanks for sharing.
