Would you trust a friend to safe-guard your money?

Personally, I wouldn't trust any other human being, (besides a bank) to safe guard my money or valuables. Not that I don't like my friends, but they are human after all. And, some of the best friendships have broken up over money. Many marriages have too! I'm not even sure I'd want to go into business with a friend. That's another sure way to break up a friendship. What do you think? Would you trust your friend to safe guard your investments or money? If you couldn't get to the bank on payday to cash your check, would you ask a friend to do the task for you? Would they be trust worth and bring all the money back to you?

nope nope nope nope! i think that it is just a bad idea. i mean not all people are bad, but for so money changes people. i don't lend money to friends and i would not want anyone hold money for me. i would go into business with a friend but i would always have a contract.

i love my friends and do trust them but when it comes to money-talk i would rather keep it to myself so if incase something happen i dont have anything to blame but myself. and our friendship will still be intact.

I have nothing to safeguard and if they need what I have more than I do then they are welcome to it.

Like you I cant trust a friend for my money esp if it is a big amount of money. I once have a experienced taht I entrust my bestfriend for a 20,000 pesos for my wedding souvenirs. When the time come that I have get back the money, it is already 15,000 pesos left. She said taht she have just borrowed the money. But until now, I still havent received a penny for that.

I think that it is still better to handle the money by myself because no one knows what would happen accidentally so that we have nobody to complain about. I don't want to spoil the friendship with my friends.

WELL IT DEPENDS ON HOW YOU CAN TRUST YOUR FRIEND IN YOUR MONEY.. FOR ME, ITS STILL GOOD TO KEEP THE MONEY YOURSELF, SO THAT YOU ARE FREE FROM HARM THat your money will get lost..

While I have good friends, I don't think so. I'd rather handle the transactions myself to be honest. That way, I know it gets taken care of without any problems. If I couldn't one day, I'll try to wait the next day if possible. That only depends on what goes on with me on a daily basis. To answer the question, I don't because I don't want to ruin a friendship.
