How many FRUITS and VEGETABLES do you eat per day???

I eat around 4-5 servings as this will keep me healthy long term...

I am not a fruit or vegetable person at all and I think I might eat 1 maybe 2 vegetables a month and I use to eat about 3 apples a year, but now that I learned to make (candy apples), I have about 10 apples a month! I do like bananas though!

I usually have an apple or something during the day, but substitute by drinking 100% juice

vegetables and fruits are all very very helpful for our health so i will take often these things. every day i will take banana and also i will take variety of vegetables

Since my diet mainly consists of fruits and veggies, I would say my servings are about 6-7 a day. I am on a very restricted diet. I have been eating this way for about two years, and I do not feel any healthier than when I was consuming almost nothing but junk food. I think you have to have the combination of not only diet, but rest and exercise, too. Also...washing your hands a lot helps, too.

very less. daily one fruit and some times grean leafy vegetables. They contain lot of minerals in them. todays peole are after bakery foods whcih dont conatain any useful nutrients. especially growing children should eat fruits and green leafy vegetables which in growth and mental health. If children dont like their parents should make other products with those grean leafy vegetables or mix them with what they like and cook . Just make them eat f not directly at leasy indirectly

That is very good. I wish I could say the same. I eat more veggies than fruit. I eat veggies everyday. But I do drink alot of fruit juice. I guess that sort of makes up for the lack of fruits that I do eat. Now in the summer months I eat more fruits than vegtables. It seems to keep me cool when it is hot.

I dont really like eating vegetables though i know i need it to keep me fit but i try myself to eat some in evry meal though it really sucks me, making me feel im in the hospital lol.
