In the face of a heavy workload,i think companies should introduce more benefits systems. They should provide some wellness and exercise programmes, offer some exercise facilitties to enhance their empolyees' health. Also, they can provide more flexible benefis systems like childcare and nursing care for aging parents,in this way, they can balance their work and nonwork.
Time management is another important thing to consider.Companies can provide some traning programmes to help their employees better manage the working time,in this way, employees can become more organised and feel more at ease with their work.
In addition to these,I think companies should care about their empolyees mental health. They can provide some psychological consultancy advice to help them with their mental illness,as a result, empoyees can keep away from work- related disease so as to work more efficiently.
As for this question,do you have any good idea ?Please share your thought with us ,Ok?

Enjoying your work is the important factor to avoid stress of heavy workload. Also if the company arrange some family tour programs once in six month, it will help a lot.

Absolute patience my dear and it is absolute patience. There are chances due to our own inability to perform, we tend to get angry. We should at people who come in contact with us. This further spoils the work we do. Therefore it is better to be calm particularly when we have heavy workload, try to finish as much as possible and when you are really tired, you retire or hire /take someone's help. It is also not worth working when we are relly tired. Working under fatigue conditions may either spoil the quality of work or even cause more damages to health and the work.
