Costing a delivery run of advertising pamphlets

in my country india...not more than $100

I am from Bangalore (India). 5000 pamphlets means it covers a small area of the city. It would take from 5$ to 10$ to put 5000 pamphlets in the newspapers. If one goes to smaller city, it would take less than 5$. (we pay in rupees, 1 Rupee is approximately Rs.49/)

Are you hand delivering them or mailing?

Depending on the area you are living in you might be able to get a bulk rate from the post office and cost less to send them then have some one deliver them ...also you can check with some local companies see if they can help you with the bulk prices as sometime the post office gets funny with one time dealing...if you are in the US check with the chamber of commerce in your area sometimes they can help with this

I gather you are sub contracting out for hand delivery be very carefull as a lot of people have been caught out, as some delivers do not deliver & put your pamplets in the bin & you have to do it all over again yourself.
