Recently,I am infatuated with cooking.Yesterday , I cook the mashed tomato firstly with electric rice cooker. The main materials are the tomatos and mushrooms. For the First step, wash the materials then dice them.Secondly, pour the oil into the electric rice cooker, and make sure that the switch is on the "cooking"(you can push the edge of the cooker).Thirdly, when the oil is sizzling , dust little the powder of pepper and pour the tomatos that have bean diced .Overturn them continuously till their color become a little golden.Fourthly, add a little of water and make sure that they just flood the tomatos, then pour the prepared-mushrooms,add some salt according to your taste and little soy.The next step, when it's boilling , overturn continuously...The last step! When it become the paste and you can't see the water, add some essetial powder of chicken and overturn several times.Ok!Turn off the electricity!Have the delicious food!~-~ That's my experience.Do you have some experiences and methods for cooking?Let's share and talk to make our life more colorful!

Hmmm... that sounds like a wonderful dish to be preparing. How long did it take for you to cook that dish? What is the quantity of tomatoes vs the mushrooms used? What kind of tomatoes did you use? Beef? Normal? Overripe? What kind of mushrooms did you use? Button? Shitake? Portebello? Straw? Any nice pictures of what you cooked to show?

Potato? Hmm... that would mean the dish is sorta like a mash potato dish. That sounds like a really yummy dish too! What kind of potatoes did you use? The red skin kind of potatoes? The yellow skin kind of potatoes? The normal ones where you have to scrub off the soil before peeling kind of potatoes? Like I said, would be great if you can share a picture of the dish you mentioned. ;)
