Hi hgosinski, Most of the time it will be the contribution from others which will get your discussion deleted. Of course, I am talikng about posting of referral links in the discussion. There are many who are still doing it even though it is a violation of myLot rules. I think many do not realize the mistake. So, if we all decide to post a response to the person as soon as we get to see his/her post containing referral links, saying it is against the rules of myLot and the discussion will get deleted and also mention ways of getting his referrals in the appropriate manner, i.e., have all the referral links mentioned in his profile, point to his/her website/blog containing all the referral links, or ask him to PM referral links to interested members, etc. I believe that if we all decide to do this, the number of members, especially newer members, making the mistake of posting referral links will come down. I have started doing this. But it is impossible for me to to cover every post every time alone. I have even seen some member going on a referral link posting frenzy at many discussions and many times in a single discussion as response to different members. Login

Probably somebody else posted their link and so your discussion got deleted.

I had this happen a few times. I now tell people to please private message me if they are interested. Also, they will have to be accepted as your friend. It still works. I still get a lot of referrals and hits to my sites this way. Good luck.
