Bi polar facing ADHD

Im was medically diagnosed with bu polar disease and my son who is only 3 has ADHD.It gets so hard sometimes.I fell like im conctantly stuggling with him.What are some ideas to keep myself calm when dealing with these 2 diseases colliding with eachother?

Hi Sweets,
You must be overwhelmed at times.
Always remember that he is only three and acts because of the disease and not because he is bad.
Are you using medication?
If you can hit the correct dosage and the right med you both will do better.
Try to take a time out from each other when things get tense.
Put him in another room and take a deep breath.

i was prescribes serequel but i dont take it cuz it just makes me so groggy and lifeless.I refused to let the doctors put my son on medication cuz i dont want him to feel like that eithr.Its a struggle but we get through it day by day.
