Turducken... a Texas specialty... or is it Louisiana?

Turducken - A combination of meats... a boneless chicken stuffed in a boneless duck stuffed in a boneless turkey! Boy would I love to try one!

I was watching discovery channel the other day when I happen to see this show about this man travelling around the world in search of bizarre foods. That particular episode brought us to Texas, or Louisiana, I cannot remember, where there is this specialty dish call turducken. It is a turkey that is stuffed with a duck. AND in the duck is stuffed a chicken! I can only imagine the sweet aroma of the mixture of what the three different meats combined will taste like! It would be incredible! Boy would I love to try it! I wonder if there are any restaurants in my hometown serving this dish! Have you eaten a turducken before?
