I play my piano... It relaxes me... sometimes its get really frustrating ... even small unknown things make like difficult as it would seem through frustration. I play some beat em up games to ease ou the tension. If still frustrated i go out for a ride on my bike.... It really calms be to go to the nearby cafe open a book and continue reading... it helps to side track the tension.

I try to walk away from a bad situation that makes me frustrated. If I am at work, I take a 10 minute break to calm down. If I am around family, I try to be calm and breath and if I'm really uncomfortable I go away. It's easier to clear your mind and look at things objectively when you have a chance to cool off.

In response to your question, rashmimenon, quite frankly, I just try my best to channel it into more productive endeavors.
For instance, I try to play basketball or other sports that I truly enjoy to somehow gradually ease the frustration I'm feeling.
Sometimes, I try to meditate as well to essentially release the negative emotions I'm harboring and eventually get rid of it. There are rare moments, though, that I just snap, especially when the nagging frustration I'm feeling is simply too overwhelming to control.
Nevertheless, as much as humanly possible and as I've earlier stated, if I could control my frustration and use it as a driving force in other more productive activities, I would obviously opt to deal with my frustration through such helpfully productive undertakings.

I will promptly discharge it by focusing my daily routine task to the next beneficial subject. No point for me to keep on going with that such frustrated element as it will exacerbate my worse situation.
To avoid frustration in our life is impossible. Because that is life, consist of happiness and sadness(frustrate). The most important is always post-mortem the event, look for our weakness that caused frustration to make next new pace of life.

I will go to some place that far from crowd place, and I feel the air there, think of something good that I have ever experienced, sing a song, and the most important, then I share to others where I could open my mind, open my heart, and I know that I always have a friend to share, and I'm not alone..
