is there a way to creat a web site for free? how can we do plz " a web site not a blog"

www.freewebs.com is a good site for setting up a website. It has all the tools needed and is easy to set up.

but in freewebs they impose the forrm of the web site do you have an other one?

Try http://www.freehostingnow.com .. create and design by yourself! Try http://www.freejoomlas.com .. if you want to create a CMS style site (Content Management System) but ....
