Do other people's babies make you broody?

My downstairs neighbour has just bought her new baby boy home! He's two weeks old and he was quite poorly, hence her only just bringing him home. I had already sort of decided that I wanted a baby, but now she's brought her little one home, I want one even more. I'm so jealous! He's so small and cute and dinky! How sad! I'm so broody all of a sudden and my husband is away for two weeks, so I can't even start baby-making myself! Lol!!! Do other people's kids make you broody? Or is it just a phase that will pass? Right now, I could live at hers permanantly just to look at him! Lol!
