Anyone gone back to work after being a stay-at-home mom?

I'm looking for a little advice or just some of your own experiences. How difficult was it to get back into the working world? What kind of jobs have you found? and how did your home life change? I really need an outside salary, as our business is in a slow period. I was so hoping to be able to make money online, but I can't seem to do as well as other people say they are making. Help me :(

I stayed home with my little one for over a year! Then I started back in school to become a teacher. So, I was in the same ssituation, we needed extra money but i was limited in skills and still on a strict school schedule! I was working with a local interior design company, and decided to venture out on my own, and so now i work form my home and can bring in as much as an extra 10,000 per month!!

I sell Avon from home so that I can stay home with my kids. I'm not getting rich but I am making enough to get by week to week. My greatest wish is to be financially secure and never have to go back to a real job. Avon only costs $10 to start yur own business so you don't really lose anything if it doesn't work out.
