Money can create so many problems!

I know a lady in the Philippines who is a housewife ,but married to a very rich guy.
The husband thinks that she has no rights
to the money and gives more money to the
mistress. He believes that he has workded
hard for his money and he can do whaterver
he wants with his money. She wants to file for
legal separation ,but she is concern that she
will end up in the streets. Do any of you know
anything about legal separation in the Philippines?

In the Philippines if the legal separation is approved, the wife can get a 50% share of her husband's conjugal money and property. It's a pity that the husband didn't understand the symbol of the coins during their wedding celebration that the husband must give money to the wife as their conjugal money/income and the wife must give some in return for the husband's needs.
