Can an employment agency help you find a job?

Hi!All
I learnt from others that they could find a job through an employment agency. But the job was often not good. Or the boss was not very good. Sometimes you were fired just after the trial period. So if you want to find a job, you'd better do it through your good friends or you go to the company by youself to get some information.

well I would say yes they can really help you find good jobs, offcourse there may few agency which might be bad but as you are saying that you learned it from others, you cant expect life to be a piece of cake all the time if you are starting your proff life u have to face few obstacles at first but once u get know each and every thing and ur boss might not trouble u i wold suggest u to go through a good reputed agency and if u go on ur own directly to a company there are less chances that u might get a job.

Thanks for your advice. I will try to find a good reputed agency. Maybe you are right. Going directly to a company is not a good way.
