It's Christmas Time in the City..........

The Christmas season is fast approaching and here in our country the Philippines, the season officially started on the first day of September. We get to be reminded of it by the countdown of various tv and radio stations and let us not forget the christmas songs that are being played. Then there is the irritating "paputok" that are intermittently disrupting the peace of the night. Yup, we really cannot deny it. So what are your plans for this season? Anything new?

But why only Christmas day for you? Aw, that's too bad:( But anyway, you can always make it a season by starting to feel Christmas early. Like for example playing Christmas songs in November or decorating your house a little earlier than usual:)

How many days are left before the Christmas day comes? It seems everybody is getting excited for the season's holidays. Even it's almost halloween, yet anyone thinks already of the gifts they want for Christmas. The Christmas carols that we often hear in the early mornings suggest that Christmas is jsut around the corner. Our plans after the halloween is to unpack those Christmas decors and the tree itself and start decorating the house. We will make our Christmas shoping list to buy the gifts we will be giving out to our family members and friends. We will start buying the grocery items we need for preparation for our Noche Buena.

True! The holloween is not even over yet people are already making plans for christmas. And I am one of them, although this year, I kind of started late. Last year I had my shopping list already prepared in October but this year, I still have to make my list and its November already! I don't want to rush during christmas, I've had my experience of Christmas rush and I don't want it to happen again.

I love the christmas seasons. Usually our christmas rush doesn't begin until the beginning of november. I was actually just listening to christmas songs the other day while i was on here. I think this christmas is a little more exciting to me then usual since it will be the first christmas at my new home.

Well, I am not sure if we will be getting together with any of my family or not. Since my Mom passed on the end of September this yr., there is not really much of a reason to want to do much. My Moms birthday was also 2 days after Christmas which will make it even harder this yr. But maybe my husbands side will do something and decide to involve us with them, but if not, we will just spend the time alone like we will be doing for Thanksgiving.

I definitely love Yuletide season the best and every year it just gets better and better. It is really the time of year that just lifts my spirit and makes be feel so good and generous towards others. As for my plan this year, I do want to give more this christmas and share a lot of things to those who are in need.

I too love the general good feeling during christmas season. It's the one holiday that most people, myself included, really prepare for and look forward to.
