my ring returned back today

I bought a ring for myself, and it's my only one. Its shape is very common, like a seven color flower.Last week, when I met a friend of another class, she asked me to give my ring to her to wear for a while, as she thought it was beautiful. And today, she retured it. at first, it was placed on my right hand's middle finger.when I was boring in my class, I suddenly put it off and placed it on my left hand. I did this thing several times, and finally found that when I feels low, maybe I can do such useless thing in future, though all seems to be so silly.
