I was a member with this PTC site called Clicktopsites.com now couple weeks back the site got crashed. Now it has returned with all balance equal to 0. WTF? This happened to me for the second time with a PTC site. I mean when they gonna cheat you out of money then why open your scamfull site. So please dont signup with this site again coz when your money goes up they say their website is crashed or something bottom line, your balance is 0.
