A Winter Wedding

So i'm going to be getting married on January 25th and i'm having a winter themed wedding. My colors are going to be in the whole Silver, Blue and Ivory scheme. I'm curious what kind of cool idea people have for things to do for the wedding. Everything from decorations to wedding favor ideas. I have a lot of it figured out i think so far, but i would love some more input. I'm trying to do as much of it myself as i can to save money. It amazes me how much a wedding can add up to. XP My cake is going to be really pretty... i may end up baking it myself, but i do have a baker that wants to do it. Having your wedding cake done is expensive as well. So let's hear your ideas. :) Thanks in advance.
