Does your lip gloss sting?

Recently, I bought some lip gloss from Wet and Wild. But, every time I put on the lip gloss, my lips start tingling and go numb. I've checked out the ingredients and can't decipher them.
Maybe there's something in the lip gloss that I'm allergic to. Can't be sure. Doesn't seem to bother my daughter. So, maybe it's just an issue for me. Does anyone else have this issue with lip gloss? Are they supposed to sting when you put them on?

No, it shouldn't sting. Maybe you're alergic to something in it. You should stop using it.

Well that sounds really wierd. Unless it is a "plumping" lip gloss. That stuff is aparently supposed to tingle in order to make your lips puff up. I personally don't use that product because I don't trust it. I figure in 10 years they will discover that it is bad for your health or causes pre-mature wrinkles from repeatedly stretching the skin. If I were you I would stop useing it. If it is not intended for "plumping" then I would suggest you write and email or call the 1-800 number and compalin, they may refun the purchase price or send you a coupon for a free prodcut or something.

i never had that problem and i have tried almost every one out there, maybe it is just something in the lip gloss thats not agreeing with you.try a different color in the same brand and see if it happens again.its possible it can be that color believe it or not.
