How often do you clean out from under your beds?

Wow! Im so lazy when it comes to household chores that I don't remember the last time I cleaned my room, lest sweeping under my bed. And the last time I cleaned it, it was because my earphones fell and so I looked for it under my bed. And by God! it was really a mess, lots of cobwebs and dust. lol! So shameful! Still, I did not learn my lesson. I only clean when I feel like it =)

I don't keep anythign under my bed so the most I might find under there are the dust bunnies I vaccum out once a month. My little girl however, her bed has to be cleaned under once a week because she likes to through trash under there when she cleans her room.

We actually just got rid of our bedframe and put our box springs directly on the floor. My cat was going under the bed to cough up hairballs and stuff. It was pretty gross, and the only way we could really end it was to get rid of the space. As far as my son's bed goes...he's always hiding things under there. When I clean it out, I just pick up his mattress and move it (he's in a toddler bed). He yells "No Mama! That my!!" about everything I pull out. lol Even if it something that I'm leaving in his room and just putting away. The funny thing is, he can't stand to have anything out of place that he can see, but he likes a big mess under his bed.

I see to it that there are no any object under the bed. For most of the time our kids plays there. When I played hide and seek with my kids they were always hiding there. So at least once a week I vacuum it.

We don't have anything under the bed. We used to have stuff under there but I cleared it all out. We now have it all stored in boxes in the attic. I like when there is nothing under the bed, it is easier to vacuum then too.

i dont have anything under my bed but about my mothers bed ohhh i think all the antique things is under her bed her old shoe old clothes everything hehe:-)

Interesting discussion, because I just did a deep cleaning on my bedroom yesterday. I sweep under the bed (hardwood floor) but when I moved the bed, the dust was thick in places where I'd missed. There was nothing else under there, except a bobby pin and a box filled with tea that I bought on a super sale and didn't have any where else to store it.

The bed I am using now doesn’t have much space beneath, so I never keep any things underneath. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to clean or tidy it daily. Anyhow I do clean it several times yearly, so as not much dust it is collected on it. I did find some small stuff like coins, pen, paper, tissues and other tiny particles under the bed. The most annoying is the hair which seems impossible to be removed completely forever. Another disgusting scene is the kind of tiny spiders with the webs dangling here and there underneath the bed, yuck...

Every day.. My mom has a habit of it cleaned everyday.. She has made it a point to our maids to clean the underside of the beds everyday... She is very proficient when it comes to cleaning...

When I can be bothered LOL Usually when I vacuum I just quickly vacuum under the bed and only find my hair ties, or a few toys and books. My sons area under his bed is always clear. Because his duvet is tucked under the matress on the bottom bunk bed, it looks messy when he has his toys underneath, so I keep it clear.

What??? I'm supposed to clean under there??? There might be spiders--or worse... DUST BUNNIES! LOL! Seriously, yes, I do, but not as often as I should. Right now, I have books, toys, magazines, and Christmas presents stored under there. I'm sure my hubby has a stash of socks as well. (that's HIS job to collect his socks.)

Flood is a challenging problem to you. So you keep clean out your under bed. But in small room of small houses under bed is better place to store the stuff. We also need to clean the under bed area. Once in a week is enough. We use to clean the under bed area once in a week and it makes no problem.

I clean up the stuff under my bed every few months. I have a couple of underbed storage boxes, where I keep some sweaters, Halloween costumes, and keepsakes. I don't have any sort of junk under the bed in my room. As for my daughters, I let them deal with their own rooms, so I have no idea what might be under their beds at any given time.

I do the cleaning thrice a week. Because i dont want dust piling ip everywhere its annoying me. And someitmes i find some money and collect them.

The contrary I'm, under my bed you'll find everything I put boxes full with things inside, because the room is not big so I try to get more space by hiding somethings by this act and ofcourse I always find my missing stuff under the bed when I try to clean it so now I look for a missing something under the bed before searching in any other place. I clean under the bed nearly every month one time but I put things again after passing 1 day of cleaning.

Once a week, on weekends to remove the accumulated dust and other objects that were thrown under the bed. We have still some stocks of wedding gifts under our bed and I'm still looking for a place to put them on specially they are breakable.

I clean under mine maybe one or 2 times a month. There is all kinds of stuff under there magazines, clothes that accidentally got kicked under, shoes. One time I found an earring I had been looking for.

I don't hide things under the bed so I can always clean and mop the floor under it once a week.

well i try to clean out at least once a month,i cant stand messes,but i do always find stuff that was missing like toys,earrings etc.

I wish I could find money under my bed. It's most filled with books, random pieces of paper, and even shopping bags covered with a fine layer of dust bunnies. They seem to love the underside of my bed, but sadly they ruin a good portion of the books. Cleaning under my bed is a once in a full moon type of thing, so basically once a month when I really feel that the dust bunnies underneath have been multiplying way too much I take out their enemy...the Swiffer :P.
