I've been using both services for several years, and have never been treated badly. On the contrary, paypal has been excellent with me, restoring stolen money to my account, contacting me at HOME by phone within hours of the theft to start correction of the situation.
I'll be the rude one. Chances are, if you're having trouble with either service, you did something wrong.

i do not have a problem with ebay or paypal. I do however have a complaint. The charges they have are outrageous. Even if you open a store. They charge for the store and ontop of that they still charge insertion fees. That is ludicrist. If you have a seller account and you have nothing to sell they still charge for a seller account. Is there any other way to seel online besides ebay?

Hi CANDYGIRL,
I have been using both services since last two years and so far I don't face any big problem with them. Unless you describe your previous or recent problem, share with us here so that we can give help.
Care to explain your real problem?. Don't worry, here we are in open discussion and normal things to have pro and contra from members' responses. That is why mylot put up reminder texts before you make posting; "Please be as descriptive as possible".
