Completely New to MyLot

I just signed up for MyLot yesterday and I am still kind of confused on how the whole thing works. I was just on Craigslist looking for some extra money and I happened to stumble upon this site. To those of you who have been users for a while, what do you think of MyLot? I like writing, is it worth it for me to post things here? I already have a blog, but I am willing to switch my ramblings here if it is worth my time. Thanks!
