three days ago, I got a lovely rabbit from my friend. Since his parents are from holand, he is so specil that every like him the moment they see him.And so he is. It is beautiful.I lke his long esrs, his little mouse and nose, his short tail, all his body full of long fur, which makes him a fur ball......
Ian d now I become worried that he will leave us some day, after all.it is impossible for him to live as long as us.I think I must be sad the day he leaves me.
so I want to know, how long a rabbit will live with us if I can take care of him well, and now he is 1 month old.....

The lifespan of a rabbit depends on the conditions that they live in and whether they are given the necessary care and love. Rabbits can have a lifespan of around 8 years or more if they are well taken care of.

I've heard of rabbits living nearly 20 years.
My oldest rabbit is 12 years old. He's of medium size (5 pounds). Smaller rabbits tend to live longer.
If they're spayed/neutered they'll live longer and they'll live longer indoors. Read up on rabbit care info at www.rabbit.org to learn more about making the most of your rabbit's years with you.
