Hi, frank, I think , if you have family near you, go there and spend your christmas wit them... but if no!, then spend christmas with your friends... Christmas should be happy day.. never a be lonely one.. Good luck my friend!!

If I were you, I'd go to church, then cuddle up in my sofa with a blanket and a good book to read and I'll listen to Christmas songs he he he... Or I may just watch good Christmas movies...funny ones and touching ones. ;-D I'll start looking for the movies right now. ;-D

Here in the US we have homeless shelters that use volunteers especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas. If they have such a thing there in the Philippines it would be a nice way to spend your Christmas. It would take your mind off being along and be a big help to the homeless. You could also invite a coworker that might also be spending the day alone. Go spend the day at an orphanage or other child’s shelter. That will help you not feel so lonely and those kids would realy appreciate it.

That is a really great idea, dee! Not only would fran not have time to think about being alone on Christmas, but fran really wouldn't be alone. People who are in need of help at Christmas probably also need conversation and a genuine smile. It is a win/ win situation!

It's hard to respond to this one without knowing how old you are or why you're alone, etc. As for me :), a few years ago, I had my own shop and was living in the back. I worked 18 hours a day and had done so for so long, I had forgotten how to stop and relax. When Thanksgiving and Christmas rolled around, nearby family wanted me at their house for both holidays. Oh, yeah and a dear friend. Both holidays, I told each one of them that I was already invited to another, then rented a stack of movies and spent the whole day with a movie marathon. I loved it. Nobody ever figured out that I had told them all a lie and had spent those days cooped up in the back of my shop with movies. hahahaha personally, I considered it a vacation from the holidays. This year I'm building an ebay empire and already started on the Christmas stuff. Want to see my handiwork?http://stores.ebay.com/Judys-Idea Maybe it's time to 'do your own thing'. Entertain yourself with something you've always wanted to do but never found time for it. Time to make a list?
