Is George Bush deceiving Americans

Everybody knows by now that the war in iraq was unjustifiable, yet Bush sent US army to be killing innocent civilians.
A school of thought believe that why Bush went with the war in Iraq is because he's interested in their OIL.
How true is this?

bush went to war with iraq because america could not find osama and had to justify all the money that went into starting a war with afganistan
reason they could find osama ...... america informed the world when and where they were going to send the troops and what weapons they are going to use.
