Do you eat bananas every day? Do you know that eating banana has a lot of advantages to your body?
I eat bananas everyday such as the green bananas. Every lunch, I have one banana with me to eat. I know that banana can keep me healthy and physically fit as well.
In fact, banana has some advantages to our body. Banana gives instant energy, improves your mood especially for those who suffer depression, regulates blood glucose level, helps for those people who suffer anemia, reduces the risk of high blood pressure or stroke, mind enhancers, restores normal bowel action, reduces swelling and irritation, smoking cessation, reduces stress, etc.
So, would you start eating banana right now?
For more details, you could check their website at www.antibioticfailure.com/tips_alter/banana.htm.

hello there to U...yes of course, i would love to eat bananas everyday...because it's not only delectable to the sense of taste, but it's also healthy and so beneficial to our health with so many advantages...a banana is the most unique of all fruit because unlike any fruit it does not come from trees at all but from large plants that are giant herbs and are related to lily and orchid family...in order to have a healthy lifestyle, you have to meet your daily requirement of five fruits and vegetables...bananas are a perfect part of your diet and they are the most popular fruit...bananas are available all year and they are a great source of instant energy whether you are watching your diet or just trying to eat healthy...like other fruits and vegetables, bananas contain no fat, sodium or cholesterol...it is a known fact that a low fat, balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruit may reduce the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer...bananas are rich in vitamin B6 and they are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, magnesium and potassium...lack of B6 in a diet can cause weakness irritability and insomnia...the potassium found in bananas helps to regulate blood pressure and may reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke...potassium is also essential for helping muscles to contract properly during exercise and reduces cramping up...a medium-sized banana provides 400 mg of potassium - 11% of daily value- and contains 110 calories and 4 grams of fiber...bananas also contain plenty of carbohydrates which are the body's main source of energy...they are also easy to digest...because of their great taste, they can also serve as a substitute for sweets and satisfy sugar cravings...you can toss bananas to your cereals, salads, yogurt, salsa, smoothie or shakes...you should store bananas over the counter at room temperature until they reach the ripeness you want, then you can store them in the refrigerator...the peel of the fruit will darken in the refrigerator but the banana inside will remain firm and delicious...to ripen a banana faster, it should be put in a brown paper bag with an apple or tomato overnight...so i guess, i've said all the benefits and stuffs about bananas...keep eating bananas because it's a great help to your daily diet needs...have a blessed day ahead of U...may GOD BLESS U & UR family always!!!

Banana is delicious if it is ripe. Actually, I also eat yellow bananas. It is much sweeter when compared to the green one.
Have a nice day and take care you always!

Hi,there! Well,I like bananas very much.I know it's very good for our body but I also hear that one shouldn't eat too often or too many.I don't know the exact reason.I only have heard before that: An apple a day keeps the doctors away. This is the first time I heard the banana version:) Thanks for sharing this with us.I think I'll keep an eye on the bananas in the future.LOL!I've got some questions: You really do eat bananas every day? How could you insist on doing that? I think it's very good that you can keep this nice habit. Is it available in your country all the year around? I can't see that in my country all the time:( Thanks for the discussion and have a nice day^_^

Yes, here in our place, bananas are always available. Maybe because banana tree is abundant in our country.
My mom is very addictive to banana that's why we always have banana everytime we eat. :-)

I didn't realize that bananas did all of that. I knew they were a good source of vitamins and potassium. I don't like to eat them plain. I like them in cereal or fruit salad. I'll have to start thinking about adding them to my diet a little more often.

According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain a type of protein that the body converts into energy, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier. Bananas contain potassium, which helps keep lactic acid from building up in your muscles.

i am sure banana has many nutrients value, but frankly speaking banana does not suit me.i get a bad cold and cough after i eat a banana, which doesn't go for days.
so i found a way in which i could eat it and not get sick.so i eat it hot....
its an old recipe given to me by my grandma...and just suits me well.
so i eat it alternately which helps me to remain healthy and in shape.....
moreover always have a banana before 4.00 PM so that u don't catch a cold if u are prone to it...

When I used to go to the gym every day of the week I would always have a banana afterwards to replenish my energy levels instead of a chocolate bar, it has lots of nutrients and is a quick sugar hit too, as you burn off a lot of sugar etc when you exercise. I still have a banana a day but I much prefer apples and oranges to eat. Lots of fruit is good for your digestive system and helps to keep you regular and it's good to have a variety of fruit each day.

I did read and answer a discussion about the advantages of eating bananas. Earlier than that, I did like to eat banana but not taking them too often. After reading the information I then take banana more frequently. Moreover to eat banana is easier than other fruits as we just have to peel off the skin. Fried banana (pisang goring) is quite popular in my place. It is available at the stores by the sides of the busy streets. It is delicious and cheap but quite so it is better not to take it too often.
