My uncle (who is the closest thing I have to a father) suffers from paranoia-schizophrenia.
He is very docile on his medication but he has yet to recover from his... lapse. We believe it was a dormant disease that he ignored (society pressure and all that, you understand) until it drove him over the edge, so to speak.
Personally, the best advice I can offer you is that you seek a specialist immediately and have it confirmed or rejected that you may suffer from schizophrenia. I know that in the long run, you can save yourself and your loved ones a lot of possible grief if you catch and treat this disease early.
Good Luck!

My ex sister in law has Schizophrenia. I used to know what meds she was on, but I hasve forgotten for now. She is okay if she takes her meds, & copes with bringing up her two kids.
A couple of times she reduced or stopped her meds, & ended up back in hospital.
She will never be able to work, & gets a disability pension.
I know that when she is not on meds, or not on the correct dose, she has delusions or imagines certain people are watching her.

i think you should consult a psychiatrist first for you find out on what kind of mental disorder you are suffering from. from there the psychiatrist will give you the medicine that is suitable for you

I have schizo-affective disorder. I hate going grocery shopping most of the time. It's hard to be around a lot of people.
Well, I just got done grocery shopping and I still have a throbbing in the side of my neck. It started when I was at the check out stand. I blame such manifestations on negativity. I seem to have a bit.
I take medications. They help. But I really have an animosity towards people, though I will give to the homeless who are on the sides of the road. My thoughts are unusual, but I try to deal with it and research creative thinkers.
