What is your favorite dish to prepare for your family?

Hello!~-~er,there is a kind of dish ,called Da Hui Cai in chinese ,which is popular in our family.Actually,it's very common ,but very delicious and convenient.The chief materials are potatos,Chinese cabbages,aubergines and tomatos.It sounds like a mixture.~-~So I just said it convenient,but the duration and taste should be controlled very carefully,otherwise it will be very unsavory. In addition, you also can add some other vegetables according to your taste.~-~
