you tube is really good site to share video
but nowadays girls showing there nude cams on youtube
wheter google should ban vulgarity on youtube or not

Not at all. Youtube has it to where the content is flagged, and you must sign-up or register, to view it. And of course, you have the right to simply NOT view it. Maybe youtube could create a special adults only section. However, this is part of our freedom of speech. If they start censoring and disallowing this, what's next? Not allowing to be gay? No interracial relationships? No speaking out against the government? Don't ban something, but be sensible in keeping it out of the view of those who don't want to see it.
