Glass of Milk!?

I woke up this morning and I was really forced to drink milk!!! at my age??!! Milk??!, that was my reaction, hehe.. But after the 10 minutes of explanation by my mom.. hehe.. I decided to drink it!:P My mom said that, she's worried I'm always up late, maybe ill get Insomia sooner or later and more importantly ill develop Osteoporosis!!! omg! So that made me drink another glass of milk, haha.. How about you guys, do you drink milk every day?
