In pregnancy I am just dont like having Non Vegetarian food......How?

You do not have to eat meat if you dont want to, you can eat other foods that are high in protien to give your body and baby what youre missing from the meat. I had heartburn really bad through both of my pregnancies, you can take some antacids. Rolaids, Tums, etc.

in my pregnancy,i just do as i am not pregnant, anything you can eat as usual, the heart burn and indigestion feeling i aslo had,but don't worry,3 months later, you will feel good, some kinds of food are good to you: milk?vegetable?fruit?fish?mushroom, so you can eat more ,it’s a hard jurney to give births to a baby,hold on!
