Purifying devices remove everything from water: harmful bacteria, chemicals and toxic metals, as well as beneficial minerals.
So purified water is safe, but is not healthy enough. Experts suggest that you can drink purified water but should not rely on it completely.
Natural mineral water has medicinal properties and off some health benefits. But there have been reports of fraud where ordinary tap water has been sold as bottled mineral water. Consumers may not be able to detect this by taste alone.
It’s recommended that consumers buy water from well-known mineral water companies which follow strict guidelines.

I like Mineral water, I don't like water out of faucet, I never had it taste like pipes, very nasty. if I don't have spring water, I won't drink anything. I don't about it being healthy or not. they said that they don't have enough nutrients in it.

hi, i agree with you . my teacher ever tell us to drink the mineral water ,it is better to our health .and the pure water is lack of something that our body need.now we are paying more attention to our health ,first we should focus on the water that we drink.
