What do you think of Swearing?

There is no doubt that most of us will think that swearing is a really bad thing.However,resently I saw a news it says that swearing at work can boost team spirit,moral.At first,
I didn't believe it.But after I think it over,I changed my opinion.Maybe it has some positive functions.Swearing at work can make the managers know how their staff feel about their work.Staff can express better their feelings as well as develop social relationships.
Therefore,I think it is time for the managers to understand their staff and learn when to turn to blind eye to the swearing.

Personally, I don't give a phuck what words someone uses to express themselves. We are all freedom seeking beings and I believe that having rules about what words it's okay to speak is stupid and WAY off the mark.

I agree with your opinion.There is no doubt that we have the right to say whatever we like.But the society has some rules jist like the computer games.Some words we also cann't say in some special occassions.
