I'm feeling very down recently. Can any one tell me how to forget my troubles? I do not want it to affect my studies but I cant just help it. Listening to music no doubt allows me to sing my heart out, but does not allow me to study at the same time. Help!! I'm having my physics paper tomorrow =( Need a "Forget Medicine" as soon as possible =)

...Reading something for fun always helps me forget my troubles. Also reading my Bible helps me forget my troubles. Often I look up whatever I am worrying about in the Concordance in my Bible. Jesus tells us to lay our troubles at His feet and lift our hands to Him in praise. In doing this, my heart is filled with gladness, I am able to see all of my many blessings and am greatful for even my troubles.
...When you serve someone less fortunate than you are, your troubles seem smaller and not worth the worry we give them. They too shall pass.
...My prayer for you, my friend is that the Lord will lift the burden from your heart, clear your mind of worry and allow you to study to succeed in whatever you choose to focus on. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
...Peace be with you. =(^;^)= Della
