Well you are in luck because as of November 1st, Music Channel featured on cable tv networks, is now playing Xmas music in all its holiday splendor until roughly January 7th 2008, in order to cover all religions ! The two channels I have listened to so far are Sounds of the Season and Holiday Music. If any others start featuring, I will inform you. As far as my fave songs for the holidays, the classics of my generation and best well-spent holiday seasons with my family. Artists include Bing Crosby, Gene Autry, Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Tammy Wynette and of course newer faces like Trisha Yearwood, Jewel, Jimmy Buffet, Patti Labelle, Xmas with the Beach Boys & Hiroshima . . . this is the good things about the holidays that thrill me ! sharing the light, Miss Erica Hidvegi, the Enlightenment Advisor,B.A. Psych (spclztn in Child Dvlpt & Abnrml), M.A. Transpersonal Psych Studies- Cnslng/ Author, Artist, Photographer, Entrepreneur & Freelance extraordinaire www.enlightenment-psych.net

I love some Christmas songs too, but only during the Christmas season! I think that I'd get pretty annoyed listening to it year round, I think it's too cheery and just becomes sickening after awhile. Bless our heart for enjoying that music year round though..:)

I like Christmas songs, too. What a coincidence, Shiloh! I also like the songs you listed. And Silent Night is the first English hymn I learnt. When I was in high school, our music teacher taught us this song. It sounds so tender and beautiful. But in fact, most hymns sound so good. I also look forward to Christmas, though it's not a holiday in our country. I like the atmosphere then. Everybody looks peaceful and happy.

Cristmas - I really enjoy cristmas songs as you have said . But the more i like is the cristmas friend program in my college . Its a game like thing in which first we write down names of each of our classmates in a paper then we offer this piece of paper to others and on the basis of this each of us will have to give a cristmas gift to each of the other .Last time a got a chance to have the cristmas gift from my lover girl - what a present day it was and it was the happiest moment in my life too.

oh me too!!! lol we sure do have a lot of things in common. hahahaha it gives me a good feeling listening to christmas songs. i know, as Christians, our joy does not depend on that, but like others who have other things that give them a special feeling, mine would be christmas songs. whenever i hear some carols being played, i feel warm all over. my brother in law is starting to play his i-tunes and i am loving it. it makes me all the more excited for christmas. but you know what? when christmas comes, i am not that excited. i wonder why. there are also years when i even get depressed during christmastime. i hope this year will be different. :-)

I enjoy Christmas songs that I know the words to and can sing along with. I like the songs that I grew up listening to, but off the top of my head, I really can't think of any. I know that I find it really annoying that they start playing Christmas songs all over the radio right after Thanksgiving. I really enjoy regular music more

Even though I do not celebrate Christmas I admit that I am a big fan of listening to Christmas songs, especially classics such as "Silent Night" or "Jingle Bell Rock". Christmas just moves me into that happy mood that allows me to be gratified for everything that I have, and how peaceful everything truly is. Plus I can't complain about the two weeks off from school :P. I hum a lot of Christmas songs too but I just can not seem to name them off the top of my head...
